At conclusion of service

At client's request, all remaning food will be packaged up in aluminum pans and left on premises.
Note: Once our staff have left the premises, Gary's Catering cannot be held liable for maintaining safe hot holding food temperatures.

Gary's Catering is an "off premises" caterer, so our service area is quite large. Delivery fees help offset round trip travel labor and fuel costs associated with longet than usual drive times. Fee is based upon distance from our facility to site location. Please discuss with a member of our Event Planning staff when reserving your event.

"Better" Serviceware Upgrade features: Premium hard plastic white 10.25” Dinner plates w/dual edge silver pipping around plate edge for upscale look. Rolled Cutlery (premium white disposable napkin, sturdy “silver look” fork & knife) $1.95 per set. (Note: you can request for your cutlery not to be rolled - this works best if you are having “ linen” napkins)
