Delivery & setup fee $50

(within 40 mile round trip from our facility; fuel fee may apply for greater distances)

Basic option is perfect if your event is 40- 60 guests and everyone will be  through your food line within a half hour of delivery/setup thereby ensuring your food items will still be HOT and haven’t fallen below a safe hot holding temperature for consumption.
Includes the following disposable equipment
Serving utensils, aluminum food pans. 
Client to discard items at conclusion of event.
(Once we leave your premise, Gary’s Catering cannot be held liable for proper maintenance of food temps)

 

"Good Deliver Option"

Delivery & setup fee $90

(within 40 mile round trip from our facility; fuel fee may apply for greater distances)

“Good” Option is ideal for your event if your guests will be coming through food line at variable intervals and your food order will  need to stay hot  & maintained at a safe holding temperature for up to 1.5hrs or longer.
